While Robyn sees a wide range of presenting issues, she has a particular interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and offers gender affirmative therapy. Having worked at a specialist LGBTQIA+ service for three years, Robyn works to provide a safe, non-judgemental space to explore issues related to gender and sexuality, and has a deep understanding of the issues faced by the community.
Robyn uses a range of evidence-based approaches when working with clients, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and schema therapy.
We work to understand the issues you are experiencing, working collaboratively with you to find the strategies that help to alleviate psychological pain and distress. We can help to work through confusion, help to problem solve, see things differently, and find solutions.
